Growing

with the land.. some various on-goings

So for the next two months we have a planting plan for the vegetable gardens sorted! This March we set off on a two month trip and hand over to a friend so we have lots of last minute work to do. Partly sad not to be here to see it all spring into life we look forward to arriving back and opening up our land for the Garden Open Day on the 25th of May! We will be serving our own apple juice, guides of the orchard and music by the fire in the evening (weather permitting)

Garlic is looking good

Took a couple of days but ripped out old fence and relocated new one to keep the neighbours wondering sheep out, we need to keep our new trees safe!

Seeds set off in greenhouse and tomato bed is made ready in the poly tunnel

creating an edge to our new potato border in the garden

The peach tree needs some help pollinating, the human bee is at work!
